I'm a technical project manager and digital consultant with fifteen years spent across every layer of a web project — I started as a front-end developer, moved into project management, then marketing automation, and spent the last five years deep in analytics and privacy compliance. I never fully put any of it down.
That range is the point. I can write the user stories and validate the code that delivers them. I can design the tracking strategy and build the reports that prove it works. I can run the team and talk credibly to the engineers in it. For clients, that means one person who can own a digital initiative end to end, de-risk it because I've done each part myself, and hand it back better equipped than your team was before. And after five years in analytics, I don't just run a project — I can read the numbers it produces, a combination most delivery leads can't offer.
I treat AI as core tooling, not novelty. I automate the repetitive parts of delivery and analysis — reporting, data processing, documentation, code scaffolding — and run local AI models for privacy-sensitive work, so turnaround is faster and more of my time goes to judgement instead of busywork.
I work fully remote with international clients across Europe, in English, Italian, or Spanish.
