I take digital projects from business goal to working, measured, compliant reality — and leave your team able to run them without me.

Technical Project Manager & Digital Consultant. Fifteen years across development, delivery, marketing automation, analytics, and privacy.

01

Who I am

I'm a technical project manager and digital consultant with fifteen years spent across every layer of a web project — I started as a front-end developer, moved into project management, then marketing automation, and spent the last five years deep in analytics and privacy compliance. I never fully put any of it down.

That range is the point. I can write the user stories and validate the code that delivers them. I can design the tracking strategy and build the reports that prove it works. I can run the team and talk credibly to the engineers in it. For clients, that means one person who can own a digital initiative end to end, de-risk it because I've done each part myself, and hand it back better equipped than your team was before. And after five years in analytics, I don't just run a project — I can read the numbers it produces, a combination most delivery leads can't offer.

I treat AI as core tooling, not novelty. I automate the repetitive parts of delivery and analysis — reporting, data processing, documentation, code scaffolding — and run local AI models for privacy-sensitive work, so turnaround is faster and more of my time goes to judgement instead of busywork.

I work fully remote with international clients across Europe, in English, Italian, or Spanish.

How I work

The same approach has worked for a global phone manufacturer, a national research centre, and a B2B engineering firm:

  1. 01

    Align

Start from business goals, not tools. Define what success actually looks like and what genuinely needs to be built or measured.

  2. 02

    Build

Implement it reliably — with GDPR and consent compliance designed in from the start, not bolted on at the end.

  3. 03

    Reveal

Turn the work into clear, live reporting that stakeholders can read, trust, and act on.

  4. 04

    Enable

Train the team and document the work so they own it. No vendor lock-in, no manufactured dependency. You should need me less over time, not more.

Drupal build for a US client

I led a five-person development team in Finland to deliver a Drupal-based website for a US-based client in three months. Working from the designer's high-fidelity mockups, I defined every component technically, wrote the user stories, planned the sprints, managed estimates, and validated delivery against them. I also used my DevOps background to help the client choose a hosting solution and negotiate the terms.

Requirements → user stories → sprint planning → estimation → delivery validation → infrastructure advisory.

Rebuilding a relationship through verifiable work

I joined an account where the relationship was at risk. I rebuilt their Google Tag Manager setup for full GDPR compliance, delivered a reporting layer that let them analyse traffic and campaign performance independently, and trained their marketing team to run it themselves. By involving the client at every stage and making sure they understood exactly what they were paying for — verifiable work, delivered in the open — I regained their trust and secured the account.

Putting analytics on the map for a global team

I designed and tested a tracking strategy aligned to the business's goals, then gave the entire marketing team 360° live visibility into every marketing activity — paired with the education to actually use it. The work was coordinated across a team of ten, spanning three countries and multiple time zones.

One clear view across a rebuilt site

Following a complete website rebuild, I defined the tracking strategy around the site's business goals and built the GTM containers for both the main site and the marketing landing pages — with full GDPR compliance and reliable data throughout. I supported the SEO team with technical SEO analysis, then tied everything together in a single live Looker Studio report, giving the client one clear view across every surface.

05 / Why me

Most technical project managers are deep in one area and broad on process. I'm deep in several.

Fifteen years in an agency meant every project had a different shape, so I learned to build, manage, automate, and measure — and I can still do each. That's what lets me validate a team's work instead of just tracking it, spot the risk in an estimate before it lands, and translate fluently between a business stakeholder and an engineer.

I lean hard on AI to strip out the repetitive layer of every project, so more of the work is judgement and less is grind. I don't administer projects. I run them — and I make sure the people I hand them back to are better off for it.

My approach is built on transparency, client education, and no vendor lock-in. I'd rather make you self-sufficient than make you dependent.

Let's talk.

If you've got a digital project that needs someone who can own the technical delivery end to end — and leave your team stronger — I'd like to hear about it. Contract, fractional, and project-based work across the EU.
